The Tipsy Gypsies will play live at Twilight on the Terrace!!

Sip outstanding wine and craft brews, and savor epicurean delights with lively music at the Central Coast’s most anticipated charitable event of the year.

On the first Saturday in June, annually, we throw a fabulous party at this architectural splendor and storied California landmark: the Hearst Castle at San Simeon. Guests are escorted by bus to this private event that offers a spectacular variety of wines, craft beers, and mouth-watering appetizers sourced from local artisans and producers. This is one of the Golden State’s most beloved events, and is attended by folks coming from near and far. Imagine yourself sipping wine and dancing on the steps of Hearst Castle! It’s a doozy!

Twilight on the Terrace begins at sunset, a sight not to be missed from the Enchanted Hill. Sample beverages and tasty bites from 30 plus Central Coast providers, as the sun dramatically sets over the Pacific Ocean and sparkling stars illuminate the Castle gardens. Revel in the fragrance of orange blossoms and enjoy a glorious spring evening while strolling the Esplanade and the Main Terrace, or breath in the view overlooking the recently filled and glorious Neptune Pool.

In addition, don’t miss the silent auction, offering items like tickets to rare VIP pool swim events, Dodger game suite packages, and even framed Julia Morgan architectural prints. Plus, back by popular demand, a fun interactive photo booth with props and a friendly on-site attendant to help with keepsake photos that you can upload directly to social media.

The Foundation at Hearst Castle is proud to announce that monies raised from this year’s Twilight on the Terrace fundraising event will begin a necessary and vitally important endowment for art restoration and preservation at Hearst Castle, as well as to support incredible youth programs. As Hearst Castle approaches its 100th birthday, the commencement of this endowment will ensure that the many irreplaceable treasures purchased by W.R. Hearst, enjoyed by his personal guests and further enjoyed by 50 years of public visitations, will continue to inspire, dazzle and educate people for generations to come.

Note: Open to the public. First come, first-served. 300 guests max.
